USA Customers: Shipping usually takes take 3-7 days.
Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Norway Customers: Shipping usually takes take 10-15 days.
Rest Of the World: Shipping usually takes take 10-30 days.
When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you don’t receive one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out!
Our policy lasts 30 days. which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return please contact us via email@example.com. If we accept the return request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
